The Selene range is the result of our project of combining light with a particular apotropaic stone - Selenite: a mineral chalk whose surface presents defined and irregular striations along the length of the crystal. The light that passes through this material highlights the surface cut- ting irregularities and, in line with its polarity, ex- its from the opposite end with a minimal reduc- tion in power. The main feature of the Selene pendant (available in two sizes) is its cylindrical diffuser with rounded ends, hand-sculpted by hand from a rough block of selenite and illumi- nated at one end. The shape is completed by a bronze support that recalls the shape of the diffuser.
