Design & Geometry
The oversized dome sits on a tapered brass base, creating a grounded yet luminous silhouette. At 35cm wide, Fungotto commands the space without imposing — its proportions are resolved, its weight entirely visual.

Material & Craftsmanship
The alabaster dome is carved from a single block, preserving the natural veining of the stone. Each piece differs from the next: no two Fungotto lamps share the same internal pattern of light and shadow.

Light Effect
When illuminated, the dome diffuses a warm, enveloping glow that radiates outward and downward. The translucency of the alabaster softens the light source entirely, producing an effect closer to natural candlelight than electric illumination.

Application & Space
Designed for dining rooms and entrance halls with ceiling height — spaces where a pendant needs to read as an object, not only a light source.
